The terms that apply when you use this site and the VALERIA intake.

The service

VALERIA is a client intake and document automation service used by Leirós Consulting LLC to support U.S. banking assistance and LLC formation. It collects the information your request needs, prepares the corresponding documents, supports electronic signature requests and keeps the completed documents together. The Leirós Consulting team reviews the documents and coordinates the next steps.

What VALERIA does not do

Completing an intake starts document preparation. It does not open a bank account or register a company. Account eligibility, additional requirements and approval are decided by each bank. Company formation follows the applicable state filing process. VALERIA does not provide legal, tax or financial advice.

Bank names on this site describe the document workflows VALERIA prepares. They do not imply that any bank endorses VALERIA or Leirós Consulting.

Your information

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Inaccurate information can delay or prevent an application or a filing. Our Privacy Policy explains how the information is used and protected.

Electronic signatures

Where a document allows it, VALERIA requests your signature electronically. By signing electronically you agree that the signature has the same effect as a handwritten one. If a document or an institution requires a different signing method, our team will guide you.

Documents

Documents prepared through VALERIA, including a standard Operating Agreement, are prepared from the information you provided and should be reviewed before signing, in particular against your company's ownership and management arrangements.

Fees

Any fees for the services of Leirós Consulting are agreed with you separately. Government filing fees and bank charges are set by those institutions.

Use of this site

This site and the VALERIA name, mark and content belong to Leirós Consulting LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with its operation.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Leirós Consulting LLC is not liable for decisions made by banks or state agencies, or for losses arising from inaccurate information provided to us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
