How VALERIA, used by Leirós Consulting LLC, collects and uses the information you provide.

Who we are

VALERIA is a client intake and document automation service used by Leirós Consulting LLC, Miami, Florida, to support U.S. banking assistance and LLC formation. Leirós Consulting LLC is responsible for the information collected through VALERIA. Questions go to cristian@leirosconsulting.com.

What we collect

Through the VALERIA intake you may provide personal information (such as your name, date of birth, identification documents and contact details), business information (such as a company name, address and registered agent) and ownership information (such as owners and their ownership shares). You provide it to prepare documents for a bank account application or a company formation, and you decide what to submit.

Like most websites, this site also records standard technical information when you visit, such as your browser type and the pages you open. It does not use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To prepare the documents your request needs, including bank application forms, company formation documents and a standard Operating Agreement.
To request and record electronic signatures on documents that require them.
To keep the completed documents together in your case file and coordinate their submission to the bank or the state you chose.
To answer your questions and keep you informed about the next steps.

Who sees it

Your information is seen by the Leirós Consulting team working on your request. It is shared with the bank or state agency your request is addressed to, as part of the application or filing, and with the service providers that help us collect information, prepare documents, request electronic signatures and store files. Those providers process it on our behalf and under their own security practices. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to complete your request and to meet the record-keeping duties that apply to company formation and banking assistance. You can ask us what we hold and ask for it to be corrected or, where the law allows, deleted.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you provide, including access limited to the people working on your request. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, to withdraw a request or to ask for deletion where it is permitted. Write to cristian@leirosconsulting.com.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
